message via our contact form. We'll be happy to help answer your queries.

We want to hire the equipment and have our own party, can we do that?
Absolutely, we have 50 headsets and 2 portable transmitters available for you to hire for your own events, headsets are $5 and transmitters are $25 so it's totally up to you how many you'd like to have at your event. Just shoot us an email so we can discuss your event and the equipment you will need for it.
What should I bring on a tour?
Only bring what you can carry with you. We do lots of dancing and moving on the tour so make sure you won't be weighed down by bags and heavy items. We also recommend that you wear comfortable shoes so you can boogie to your heart's content without sore feet.
    Where do tours start from?
If you're on a Wellington tour then you will start from the courtyard in front of the TSB Arena. You will find one of our representatives there wearing a flag and you can see them to collect your headset. If you are taking part in a special location tour then you will receive an email detailing the whereabouts of your starting point.
Who can come on a tour?
The experience is great for the whole family but it does travel from TSB down to Te Papa. We welcome those over the age of 5 but they will need to be capable of keeping up on foot as we can't take buggies on the route.
There's a whole group of us, what should we do?
That's great! If there are more than 10 of you we can organise a special tour just for you with a playlist tailored to what you love to listen to. Otherwise, you can join one of our regular tours as a group and bring the party that way.
